Classic county house wedding at Holme Pierrepont Hall

CLASSIC COUNTRY HOUSE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT HOLME PIERREPONT HALL

Megan and Andrew married in summer at the beautiful Holme Pierrepont Hall, an old country house in Nottinghamshire. They had their ceremony at St Edmund’s, the church next door to the Hall. It was such a fun wedding and the sun shone all day long the perfect day for wedding photography at Holme Pierrepont Hall.

Getting ready

Megan got ready at her parents’ home with her bridesmaids creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Shortly, an old classic car arrived to take her and her father to the ceremony.

The ceremony

Meanwhile, the Groom and his guests were waiting at the church. A beautiful church situated right next to Holme Pierrepont Hall.

The reception

The reception was held in the walled garden at Holme Pierrepont Hall. Megan and Andrew chose the Hall due to the fact they loved this garden.  They felt it was the perfect venue for their wedding. Holme Pierrepont Hall is set in a secluded 30-acre estate. A Grade I listed Tudor Manor House dating back to c.1500. Consequently, Holme Pierrepont Hall is a wonderful setting for a wedding. Moreover, the historic period features and romantic, tranquil gardens help create a stunning backdrop.

The party began with a cocktail drinks reception in the afternoon and a live band in the evening. The wedding breakfast was held in the Long Gallery, a romantic hall, decorated with an abundance of flowers.
