COOL VINTAGE WEDDING AT BOLTON SCHOOL
Jenna & Chris married at Bolton School in Bolton, Lancashire in the height of summer. Their cool, vintage wedding created a rock vibe with pretty details. Bolton School is one of Lancashire’s oldest venues, a Grade II listed building.
Chris is the drummer in hard rock band Heaven’s Basement and scheduling a wedding in amongst their tour dates was no mean feat.
GETTING READY
Jenna prepared for her wedding day in the comfort of her own home. Her beautiful Tea Length dress from So Sassi hung in her bedroom. She carried a natural bouquet of purple flowers created by her mum.
ARRIVING IN STYLE
Jenna and her bridesmaids arrived at Bolton School in a cute silver blue camper van. A lovely touch to the vintage style Jenna had envisaged. The bridesmaids wore knee length mint green dresses. They carried posies of white and purple flowers to complement Jenna’s bouquet.
IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
The day had a lovely vintage feel, with gorgeous details. Bunting, colourful bottles and thoughtful favours.
The day was very relaxed and Chris was finally at home at the end of the night when he and fellow band member Sid joined the band to play one of Heaven’s Basements tracks. Kudos to the wedding band Kings of the Dance Floor for learning the song!
